Our prices apply to the entire Villa Irini Ocean View Apartment for up to 4 guests. With a direct booking, there are no additional intermediary or platform fees. We are happy to pass this price advantage on to you.

Final cleaning is already included in the nightly rate and is not charged separately.

Minimum stay 

July & August: minimum 5 nights
Other travel periods: minimum 3 nights

Climate Crisis Resilience Fee 

In addition to the nightly rate, the legally required Climate Crisis Resilience Fee applies in Greece. 

April bis October: 8 € per night and apartment
November bis March: 2 € per night and apartment

The fee is charged per apartment, not per person, and is not included in the nightly rate.

The statutory rates applicable at the time of the stay apply. 

DIRECT BOOKING

Booking direct is worth it 

You can also find our apartment on various booking platforms. You will generally get our best rates when booking directly.

Bookings through external platforms involve additional intermediary and platform fees. When you book directly with us, these additional costs do not apply - and we are happy to pass this advantage on to you. 

You book personally and easily directly with us and, of course, receive a binding booking confirmation. 

Simply check our availability calendar and then send us your booking enquiry by email or WhatsApp with your preferred travel dates and the number of guests. 

We usually get back to you within 24 hours.
